Trevor Kirman is the senior partner. He was educated at Loughborough Grammar School and Cambridge University and has over 30 years experience as a solicitor. He has wide experience of commercial property including development and construction, options, sales and purchases. He has extensive experience in dealing with Agricultural matters.
Trevor is a member of The Society of Estate and Trust Pracitioners and can advise on wills and estate planning, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
Trevor is Registrar of the Diocese of Leicester and advises on all aspects of ecclesiastical law, charitable trusts and property.
Trevor has been a Notary Public since 1978.
He is a past president of Leicestershire Law Society.
Trevor is also HM Coroner for Rutland and North Leicestershire.
