A member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers Olivia Davison has been involved in claimant personal injury work for over twenty years.
Olivia specialises in work place accident compensation claims and has also dealt with cases resulting from injury caused by stress at work or bullying and harassment in the workplace.
Olivia has a particular interest in accident claims resulting from accidents abroad and is a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers.
She will offer advice on the recovery of compensation for injury or financial loss resulting from injury suffered in accidents occurring in member states of the European Union, including, European road traffic accidents, accidents which occurred on a holiday abroad or in a foreign workplace.
Kirsty qualified in 2002 and has concentrated solely on claimant personal injury claims. Kirsty is a Personal Injury Litigator dedicated to the ethical recovery of compensation for injured claimants.
She has handled cases of injury of maximum severity and has recovered very substantial awards of compensation for victims of road traffic accidents and industrial disease.
Kirsty has a particular interest in road traffic compensation claims and cases of occupiers’ liability.
Outside of the office Kirsty is involved in a number of youth groups and has an interest in appropriate education for children and others with special educational needs.
Chris qualified as a Legal Executive in 1979 and as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1987. He works in the Property department and handles all types of property work with an emphasis on commercial conveyancing.
Chris is a member of the Loughborough Chamber of Trade & Commerce and also a committee member of the Loughborough Association for the Prosecution of Felons.
DAVID KNOWLES is a Legal Executive and Commissioner for Oaths with over 35 years conveyancing experience, latterly conducting ecclesiastical conveyancing and associated church and charity matters. He is the Assistant to the Diocesan Registrar and a Surrogate for Marriage Licences, a trustee of The Scout Association Trust Corporation, Leicestershire Historic Churches Trust and other charities.
He was commissioned a Deputy Lieutenant of Leicestershire in 1999 in recognition of service to community and voluntary youth services
